Vedran is a Senior Consultant at MTSI Solutions, advising clients on strategy, transformation, and complex capital-intensive initiatives across industrial and energy sectors. His work spans front-end feasibility, investment appraisal, and executive-level business case development to support board-level decision-making.

He supports corporate, investor, and public-sector clients across Europe and Saudi Arabia, combining strategic analysis, commercial and financial feasibility, and integrated operating and financial models across manufacturing, energy, oil & gas, nuclear, and life sciences.

Vedran also works closely with Saudi Arabia’s development and incentive ecosystem (MISA, MIM, SIDF), helping structure strategically aligned projects that unlock incentives and financing.
