Who we are

What we collect and why
When you contact us
When you send the contact form, we receive the service and sector you choose, your name, company, email address and, if you give it, your phone number. When you email us, we receive what you write. We use these details only to answer your request and to follow up on a possible engagement. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in answering enquiries and, where you tick the box, your consent.
Form messages are delivered to our mailbox hosted by Microsoft 365. We keep correspondence for as long as needed to handle your request and any resulting engagement, and delete enquiries that do not lead to one after 24 months.
When you visit the website
Our web host records technical data such as your IP address, browser and the pages requested in server logs. We use these logs to keep the website secure and working, based on our legitimate interest. Log retention follows the host’s security and hosting policies. The contact form hashes IP addresses and stores request timestamps to limit repeated submissions. These records are not included in enquiry emails.
Analytics and cookies
We use Google Analytics 4 to understand which pages are useful. It runs in Google Consent Mode v2. Analytics cookies are set only after you choose “Accept all” or switch on “Analytics” in the cookie settings. “Reject all” is as easy as “Accept all”. If you reject, no analytics cookies are set and no data goes to Google.
You can change or withdraw your choice at any time with “Cookie settings” in the footer. When you withdraw, we delete the analytics cookies. We ask again after 6 months.

The website sets no advertising cookies and no other tracking.
Sharing
We do not sell personal data. Our web host processes website requests and form submissions; Microsoft hosts our email, and Google processes analytics when you accept it. These providers process data under their applicable data processing terms. Transfers outside the EU and EEA require the safeguards provided by data protection law.
Your rights
Under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) you can ask for access to, correction or deletion of your data, object to or restrict its use, and withdraw consent. Write to [email protected]. You can also complain to the Croatian Personal Data Protection Agency (AZOP). Where Saudi Arabia’s Personal Data Protection Law applies, you may also exercise your rights under that law and raise a complaint with the Saudi Data and AI Authority (SDAIA).
