What the programme supports

The Standard Incentives Program supports industrial investment in products not yet manufactured locally in Saudi Arabia. The Ministry of Industry and Mineral Resources and the Ministry of Investment announced the programme for domestic and international investors.

Published support

Eligible projects can receive support of up to 35% of eligible investment costs, capped at SAR 50 million per project. Published programme terms divide support between construction and production. The amount and payment schedule depend on the approved project and its compliance with programme conditions.

Before applying

Confirm whether the product qualifies, then prepare the investment scope, capex evidence, market assessment and financial model. The application must explain the manufacturing activity and how the project will operate. Current requirements and application windows should be checked through the official programme platform.

How MTSI supports the process

We assess eligibility, prepare the feasibility study and financial model, and coordinate the application documents. We also support responses to the authorities during assessment. The client needs a decision-maker and a coordinator who can gather information from the relevant company teams.
